CFP + New Year's 6 Bowl Projections (Post Week 8)

Do any of the other conferences ever have to play the G5 representative? It's a bit of a slap in the face to have a good enough season to make a New Years 6 bowl, only to have to play a G5 team where you are in a no win situation. I get it, someone has to do it, but spread it around a little bit.

Could be worse, you could be stuck in the Orange bowl against the ACC team

I know there's some bowls where Notre Dame could take the ACC's ties, stunned that isn't the case for the Orange bowl

The ACC team that ends up there will be worse than the year UConn won the Big East

Agreed that it's dumb. Orange Bowl would have been OK if Clemson wasn't making the CFP every year.

Well yeah, but they just had Georgia Texas. I guess 11-2 Florida maybe over 11-1 LSU.
