The Matt Millen Era Lions set a high standard for all losers to come, no doubt. But the Browns could tie them IMO and their QB situation might be even worse. The Lions signed Daunte Culpepper in 2008 and made a run at a few games.

Yup....SF is a worst team in the NFL, but much like last year, they'll be denied the top pick in the draft. I think Cleveland will go 0-16 simply because the Niners do have a win....albeit something like 23 years ago.
