Seems the opposite to me. “I can make money playing football straight out of HS in Cali? Bye, I’m going to Cali.”

Agree you have to look at the flip side. Looking at all the variables from potential injuries down to a kid wanting to get paid. We very well may see recruits choosing a substantial amount of money. Through endorsements when making their decision. I believe the bill isn’t supposed to go into effect until 2023. Very well may see other states follow suit. Quite a few already have been. This very well could effect much more than CA. And has the potential to effect a much larger scale of college football as a whole. I’ve already seen interest fromColorado and Washington States.
