I’d kick the tires on Moses Brown to play back up 5 minutes for Embiid. Rest of that list is meh. Not really a decent 3 and D wing that I want.

He should have many teams interested. I wish the Lakers would be, but they'll chase bigger names, even if washed.

To be fair, he never really got a chance to settle into a role with the Lakers. I'd be surprised if he wanted to come back though. Like @thunderc said, there will be other teams that want him.

What role is he going to settle into now? 3rd PG? Clearly, Russ will still be ahead of him, Nunn is still expected back, and Reaves has earned minutes.

Lakers shouldn't be pursuing a PG in the buyout market IMO, unless they're looking for a potential contract with a team option for next year (which won't be Schroder, who will still be chasing a payday). Unless Nunn is being counted out for this season?

Looks like the Lakers are expected to make a strong push for Dragic on the buyout market. Would be a good pickup if they can get him.

Also saw an article saying they should go after DeAndre' Bembry if the Nets buy him out. Looked at his stats. Looks like a young, athletic player which is something they need. Not gonna be a difference maker, but maybe he can be a strong role player similar to Stanley Johnson.

Bembry could be more useful IMO. Could get him on a deal with a team option for next year. Dragic will want too much money for next season and a bigger role this season (and better chance at a ring) than the Lakers can really offer.

He'd be the backup. Nunn isn't expected back until late March and it's going to take him some time to get in shape and get on the same page with everyone else. Reaves can play the 2.

Yeah, I doubt they get him, but according to reports, they are expected to try.

This is the weakest buyout period in years
Was listening to a Sixers podcast this morning “The Rights to Ricky Sanchez Podcast” and they had Morey on for an hour long interview. In that interview Morey says they have a buyout guy but they can’t announce it yet and it’s pissing him off that he can’t. So who knows but it looks like the Sixers are taking one guy. Wish they would look for 2 guys. They need rebounding and shooting from a role player. I hope Morey’s guy at least helps them improve in one of those areas.

Its probably someone who technically hasn’t been bought out yet lol

I never understood what people had against him. He is what he is. He's so good at what he does "what he does is solid but that's it" that people build expectations for him and then hate him when he doesn't rise to their expectations.
