Berstrom and Nske have started before so I wasn't worried about them. But I think Copper had at least 3 penalties against him today.

What????????? Cooper was awful. Him and others 3 3rd down offensive line penalties. We miss Lavou. I agree Smith had a great throw to Doc then the bomb too Davis was awful. Cant miss those.

There was only one lineman(Copper) who hasn't started before for this team. It held the offense back today plus the Smith bomb miss to Davis. The defense was just amazing keeping us in this game.

Not like today. 4 turnovers. Smith was playing well until the Davis miss that would of sealed the game.

I really like the energy and PR abilities of this guy, reminds me a lot of our former #58 Junior Galette in the way he attacks the pocket, and gets low in order to avoid the block. Hopefully, he won't be as injury prone as JG had been.

That throw smith made to dox was great

Yes it was. Smith actually looked like a real QB on that play. Bought himself some time, stayed cool when the pocket got sloppy and ity was a hellified throw right where it needed to be and in traffic. Truth be told, I was shocked he even attempted that pass. Still.......overall it was another sub-par performance from Smith who appears to be making no progress whatsoever far as getting acclimated, comfortable or any better.

And you're right about the youngsters.
