1) Add Monroe
2) Parker returns from his injury
3) Entire team is very young with tons of upside and just got a taste of the playoffs this year

A lineup of MCW-Middleton-Greek Freak-Parker-Monroe with Zaza-Henson-Mayo-Bayless-Vasquez off the bench gives them a very deep team with a good combo of vet leadership and youth.

Can't wait to see what J-Kidd can do with this roster. Really think they could finish top 4 in the East and make a surprise run to the ECF if they stay healthy.

love their talent but still a couple yrs away imo

Still a couple years away from being a title contender, yes. But I think they could win a playoff series as soon as next year. They have built a really nice squad, The Greek Freak and Parker are only going to get better, both have tremendous upside. Middleton and Monroe are both very solid pieces too and they have them locked up with the other two young studs for a while now.

They've definitely rebuilt the right way, and fast.

You are thinking like I'm thinking. I believe they are on the right track. I like their talent and how they are built. I've been a fan for a long time, I'm old enough to remember watching Kareem and Oscar play and this group of talent is the first in a real long time to get me excited about Bucks basketball. I think they will be in the upper forties in wins if they stay healthy.

depends on your measuring stick what they are a couple of years away from. They are clearly a playoff team in the East, without question. Will be battling for home court in the first round. Are they ready to defeat the Cavs if they are healthy? Probably not, but who is? Anyone else in the East, I think they have a good chance.

Scoring still will be an issue for them.

Why? Everyone in the starting lineup averages double digits.
Parker was a legit ROY candidate before going down, Middleton has found his outside shot, Monroe can score down low. I don't think scoring is going to be an issue.

I think they'll definitely be an interesting team next year. Hell, the East is actually looking pretty good right now.

I wonder if Jason Kidd has had any significant contribution in this positive direction and talent level of the Bucks.

I think he's talking about a dynamic 2-guard that can create his own shot. Milwaukee is definitely moving in the right direction. At this rate, they should be a contender in 2017/18....or at least in the discussion.

With MCW, Parker, and the Greek Freak I really can't see that being a problem.

Not sure about that. They didn't really show that they're exactly a good team without Knight

It takes some time to adapt to a new PG. I think Kidd will get more out of MCW with some time than he did out of Knight. Parker will be back from injury and Monroe is a big upgrade on offense.
The only team I put ahead of the in the East for certain is the Cavaliers if they stay healthy.

Exactly. Switching PG's in the middle of the year is really tough on any team or any PG under any circumstance. That's the one position that is most important in terms of developing chemistry with other teammates, learning the offense, etc.

Not a huge MCW fan, but Kidd will groom him and he'll go through training camp with his new teammates this year so it should be a better run then the end of last year.

I mean, look at how Dragic, Knight, Rondo, and MCW all did last year before and after their trades along with team performance… it's not easy to adjust to a new PG midseason.

Define force.

Team that could upset anyone on any given night during the reg season and could take a series or two in the playoffs. They are young, but they have great athleticism, length and size to bother teams and create mismatches with how many versatile guys they have.

Not title contenders or anything, but a scary team to face come playoff time.

Their guard play looks a bit off from being an elite team. MCW on the floor at point...you might be able to crowd them down low a bit

Monroe was a big signing. I just wish Mark Cuban would bring in some decent free agents for the Mavs.
