I've replied to this before... will your Dad pay the 60+M that OKC has to save this season buddy? If you want M.O. he better spend it so that you get some medical treatment... With such a sum, you may be cured!
I never said they did.
The Bucks don't need Paul George.
My dad isn't the owner of the Thunder.
They were fully aware of their cap situation when they signed George to a long term deal last summer. He more than lived up to his contract.
If the Thunder do plan to cut salary, trading Paul George for crumbs won't be their methodology.
That's what you think, because your dad isn't paying the 60+M...
The Thunder didn't have to pay the (severe) penalty for being too long (more than 4 seasons) above the lux tax last season... It's this season they have to pay it!
Besides, they didn't expect that Westbrook would turn to be a bad and unwanted contract, but instead they were planning to: "trade Westbrook if needed"...
Yet, you still cannot provide even a start to a realistic trade scenario that would land the Bucks Paul George.
Even if your assumptions about OKC trading George are correct (they almost surely aren't) he isn't going to Milwaukee.
What you don't understand because you have it all mixed on your brains having quoted so many times all nonesense without bothering to read what people tell you... and therefore you end up posting with whatever false/stupid has stuck in your little head... is this:
It's not that the Bucks need or will be after PG (The Bucks do have other alternatives if this doesn't work)... It's the Thunder that will be approaching the Bucks because they hardly have any other alternative out there to deal with and save the 60+M...
Understand? if you haven't, don't rush to reply again before you do (understand)... Then read again and again if needed, so that you fully understand!
Once again (after the 100+ times that your little brain missed it):
First priority for OKC isn't to trade PG for a fair value, nor they would want to trade PG if they had the alternative...
First priority for OKC is: "to save 60+M so that they can avoid paying lux tax in the future and avoid being trapped in a situation where they have no future or hope to progress"
How much do you want to bet?
You have so many false assumptions in here is is ridiculous.
The fact you think you are some grand authority is even more ridiculous.
You actually posted that you believe the Grizzlies, Kings, Pelicans and Mavericks will be among the top contenders in the West next year.
There is literally no realistic scenario where that is even possible.
Last I will say on this.
If OKC does in fact want to save money, they have many ways to do it. Paul George is a serious asset. They could get assets back AND save salary if they wanted to.
Milwaukee does not have the assets, so they would not be the team OKC would deal with if such a scenario were to come true.
it's the "many ways" they can go below the lux tax, I want you to enlighten us with... One (out of the many you claim you know) will do...I am not the one claiming OKC is going to completely overhaul their roster this summer.

If OKC doesn't do a major roster change this summer than can expect another 1st round playoff exit.
Ok, I will bite:
All of these take OKC below the tax line and would be preferable to dumping George for peanuts.
1: trade Schroeder- you would have to attach an asset to him, but nothing crazy because his contract isn't too bad. 2 years, 15.5 million per. Schroeder plus this year's first could do it.
2: Trade Grant and stretch Roberson- Grant played well enough last year he could probably return an asset, like a late first or early second. Stretching Roberson could save 7.7 million next year
3: trade Roberson and Patterson- you would have to attach assets here, but with 1 year remaining on both deals and teams looking to take on short term depth could be interested.
4: trade Steven Adams- this is least likely given his contract and 2019 performance. But still more likely than donating George to the Bucks
5: trade Russ- also highly unlikely- a team with cap space looking to shake things up could want to make a splash if they strike out in free agency
6: trade George- but not to the Bucks for peanuts. They could get something like the 3rd pick + Knox from NYK, or the 4th pick plus a young player or two from LAL.
All more likely than your "OKC must trade George to Milwaukee" BS
They are going to do something.
Adding shooting is a necessity.
Getting rid of PG13 on a salary dump trade to the Bucks is just stupid though.
And I would assume at least 1 more year of the Russ/PG core with a couple small tweaks before they even consider anything drastic.
If OKC doesn't do a major roster change this summer than can expect another 1st round playoff exit.
LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
You obviously have no idea how to "cut" 20M of salaries for next season which is what they need...
You are aware that under the 125% rule, none of the above can save more than ...5M right? + they all lead to a team that would be much worst and still with the problem for the season ...after the next! (which then leads to some 100+ M of losses that your dad won't pay).... I therefore strongly suggest to get some medical treatment...
Please stop with the grammer nazi bit man, you have so many spelling errors its hilarious.Only that by you saying "everyone", you mean "anyone" that reeds the same as you ...can!
In English grammar (and therefore in contracts - especially in contracts) you can't wright "garanteed fully" in a text... you would have to write "fully guaranteed" so that it can be valid... I hope you understand... otherwise stop here quoting me, or go speak with others who speak the same language as you...
