Just made some last week...

Halved & trimmed. Tossed in olive oil, S & P. Baked at 450 for 25 mins. Then broiled for 5 (because I like em crispy AF).

After they finished I drizzled honey & balsamic glaze on them. Not necessary, but makes them even more delicious.

I make my own hot pepper olive oil.

Trim and halve the sprouts. Toss them in hot oil. Spread them on the baking sheet. Very lightly dust them with garlic and onion salts. Let them rest while you put 1/2 cup of seasoned bread crumbs in a ninja blender for at least thirty seconds. Sprinkle the bread crumb dust over the sprouts.

Bake for 30 minutes at 350.

Incredible side for a beef tenderloin.
