The Boston Bruins welcome the New Jersey Devils tonight. The big news is of course the 1st appearance of Jaromir Jagr in a Bruins uniform.

The forward made his Black and Gold debut of sorts on Thursday morning when he took the Garden ice for morning skate. He’ll make his formal debut in about six hours. Interestingly, Jagr took line rushes on what has been the Patrice Bergeron line. However, Bergeron is out indefinitely, so Claude Julien has made a somewhat obvious shift. He has moved Tyler Seguin from the wing to center, and inserted Jagr into the right wing slot. That should be a lot of fun to watch, and if they click from the jump, it will provide Julien with a good problem to have once Bergeron returns.

I'm sure you 2 know that NJ has had more than their share of wins due to great goaltending. Sometimes your on the wrong end of the stick. I know there's been games where the Bruins had a 3-1 shot advantage and lost.

I'm sure you 2 know that NJ has had more than their share of wins due to great goaltending. Sometimes your on the wrong end of the stick. I know there's been games where the Bruins had a 3-1 shot advantage and lost.

Not taking anything away from the Bruins, but it seems like the Devils are constantly facing "great goaltending" of late. They've had some golden opportunities so far tonight and haven't capitalized. You just can't do that against a team like the Bruins and expect to win.
