Knock on wood, the D has looked better than they have in a long time. We're getting some chances, just nothing to show.

Even Chico is acknowledging our inability to score of late. Chico is almost never critical of the Devils.

Not taking anything away from the Bruins, but it seems like the Devils are constantly facing "great goaltending" of late. They've had some golden opportunities so far tonight and haven't capitalized. You just can't do that against a team like the Bruins and expect to win.

My point is great goaltending backed the Devils to 3 SC wins. When Marty is on his game we feel they way you feel tonight.

I must say, early on I was a little annoyed, thought the Bruins were getting away with a lot of clutching and grabbing, but as the game has gone on the refs have really just put the whistles in their pockets. This game is flying by and there's a lot of nice flow. I'd so much rather watch a game like this than teams getting called for everything.
