I thought first team d were playing too safe a lot of arm tackles up front
Oline was weak
Secondary and wrs. I feel pretty damn good there
Just preseason and very first real action for this team. Overall I’m pretty satisfied
Say what you will about this staff including the Marty’s, but by god in 25 yrs this is the only group I’ve seen that has drafted talent and actually developed said talent.
Howell looks like he might have a chance and if he is the answer man, that’s when the building begins.
Also good to see EB with the headset on calling plays. Appeared to roll pretty smooth with young qb and first time play caller. Let’s see how game two plays out.

howell and brisset both looked good,so did datsun.defense looked iffy in the secod half.overall it was an ok performance

Next Monday night will be a real good test going against the Ravens starters for probably a half.

One DPI was BS, that was a great play. The team didn't give up points until less than a minute in the 3rd quarter. I am not going to beat him up for that. He was 2nd on the team in tackles. I know, you wanted an OLineman and I get that. Next year I want them to draft 6 OLIneman.

Quan Martin - It was a tough start for Martin as he allowed some easy completions, including a touchdown in the third quarter, and was called for a pass interference penalty. The rookie will get better with more playing time, but his introduction to the NFL was not great.
