He understands situational football and makes good decisions - especially after the snap. That is the rarest attribute of them all.I like Bo Nix alot.

He has flaws...don't get me wrong. As do all the top QB's this year.He understands situational football and makes good decisions - especially after the snap. That is the rarest attribute of them all.
Agree.I am going to trust Payton/Paton on this call.
However, at 12 I am afraid there are going to be more "can't miss" picks there then taking a QB outside the top 3. However, I understand the situation we are in as well.
Next years QB class looks good to me also. I just don't want to take the wrong QB just to take a QB. I don't dislike any of the QB's after the top 3 but I am probably not going to do flips for them. I would be hopeful but just can't say I have a great feeling about them.
I would like to see them move down and take Nix.The next couple of months will be pretty interesting and will largely set the tone for the Broncos upcoming season.
Mixed opinions on QB at #12 or BPA. I still think the Broncos take a QB in the first round, whether they move up or down. Sure would be nice to find a way to get a 2nd round pick. This draft is pretty deep at some real positions of need.
- Sean Payton told reporters that final decision on Russell Wilson within the next two weeks.
- Penix, Nix and McCarthy to work out and throw at the combine.
- Rumors of Sean Payton in love with JJ McCarthy swirling.
- Fields, Cousins, Wilson - which QB hungry team will sign these guys, thus altering the draft strategy for the Broncos?
- Legal tampering period start on March 11. Free agency opens up on March 13.
- Draft starts on April 25th.
If you do that - please let @LGM know - he seems bored.
If you are crazy enough to let sanity control you - you don't belong on this board.I would but he's on temporary sanity hiatus.
None. If we are tearing it down, which we seem to be doing, roll with youth. Stidham, DeNucci + RookieIf the Broncos choose to bring in a vet, which players are ones that you would support?
We're not going to just roll with Stidham, right?
- Kirk Cousins (probably way too expensive)
- Gardner Minshew
- Jacoby Brisset
- Baker Mayfield (gonna get a deal done with the Bucs, IMO)
- Jameis Winston
- Ryan Tannehill
- Tyrod Taylor
- Justin Fields (if released)
- Sam Howell (if released)
- Other?
I agree. We are behind the 8 ball as far salary cap goes because of Wilson. Now more than ever, we need to hit on the draft.None. If we are tearing it down, which we seem to be doing, roll with youth. Stidham, DeNucci + Rookie
