I think Elway is cleaning house and I would be very surprised if Gase or Jack are back. This is going to be a very different team next season. Coaches and players. Will be interesting to see how Elway navigates p from here on out

I was hopeful Kubiak would get a look, but I read today he wants to say in Baltimore. I wouldn't mind seeing Shanahan return. One thing he is that Fox isn't: AGGRESSIVE! If he and Elway could co-exist, and Shanahan focussed solely on coaching, another sojourn here in Denver could be a success.

Elway is moving fast. I wonder if Gase's imminent departure has anything to do with it? or has Peyton tipped his hand about next year? Maybe Elway has simply decided that we're going in a new direction even if Peyton wants to come back. I have to say that I'm a little surprised that he moved so quickly but Elway has proven that he's a pretty decisive GM.

We can hope, right? I think Kubiak would be a great fit here in Denver.

Also, who do you think we'll see as our next DC. I'm all but certain Del Rio will be the Raiders HC before the week is over.

They were both leaving anyway. It is going to be an interesting offseason for sure in Denver.

Del Rio got his 2nd interview with Oakland, so that all but sealed his departure, but I'm surprised about Gase. With him being gone, I'd almost be leaning towards thinking Peyton won't come back.

The Brock era may begin next year.

I want either Kuiak or Dan Quinn from Seattle. Kubiak obviously makes sense and with Quinn we could use a defensive minded coach who actually knows a thing or 2 about running a defense.
