[Draft Crazy]

Nassir Adderly of Delaware is an interesting prospect to me. A guy I had in rd 5 going into the season and is moving up. He has been pretty impressive at the SR bowl. I've got a scout I know and trust down there who says he has been one of the more impressive DB's. It's a small sample size, but good to impress for a small school DB at the SR bowl. Last year Michael Joseph got the same praise and went undrafted, so who knows.

Keep the DBs we got keep all our team intact as possible then Draft one fast MLB or the FA. THen draft O the rest of the draft.

IMO Denver fans need to lighten the heck up on finding a QB. It will happen But IMO there is not that guy in this draft. I want a QB in this draft but hell looks like we can get him in the 7th.

Oliver has high bust potential, imo. Not sure his game translates well to NFL. He was a beast of a college player though. Could be wrong, just my feeling on him.

Put him in a 3-4 D and his bust probability increases greatly. He is a 4-3 guy.

Well I like him on the inside on 3rd down and 10 all day long with Miller and Chubb

If Jackson is cut and we sign him then I would be okay with not drafting him. otherwise, I want him. We need this badly IMO.

Drew Lock is trending for me. Will Grier is dropping for me. Doesn't help that he is hurt, but the more I look at film the more I think he might be an average NFL QB. Lock has more to work with.

If we're looking for "the guy" for the next decade, I just don;t see how Grier could be considered .. His decision making can be awful, and while Jones doesn;t have the biggest arm, Grier and that awkward over the top hitch release just won;t cut it ..

I really doesn;t like his personality either .. his entire family look like baggage, esp those two dbag brothers he has

Lock and Jones, I'd be excited about .. but if we draft Grier, I would hope it would be on day 3 and strictly as a backup

Any thoughts on CB Derrick Baity ??

At 6'3" he looks very fluid and natural .. I know, it's just highlights, but damn, he looks like an NFL player

I don’t judge a player based on what their brothers look like but Grier definitely is downspiriling to me.

Baity is ok. He isn’t 6’3” though. Loved him a lot as a SO down year his JR year bonced back as a SR, he has nice tools. He did well vs some of the better WR’s he faced.

Inconsistent player but has shown the ability to be an NFL starting caliber CB.

I don’t see Oliver as a top 10 pick right now. He is right on the edge of it. Doesn’t mean he won’t be just my feeling. He doesn’t fit in well in a 3-4 and has some real concerning character flaws. The coat flare up this year was ridiculous. He also doesn’t have ideal measurements. Could be a good NfL player but I do think he has a very high bust potential. Right now I have him out of the top 10. Give me Jeffery Simmons and Quinnen Williams over Oliver every day of the week.

Simmons and Williams are dawgs!! I’d give LGM’s left leg for either. ;-)

Ill just say there is a reason Ed Oliver didn’t decalre last year and it wasn’t to get his degree.

Yes, and that was also before most of the reports of his off the field issues, yelling at coaches, suspension from the team, and other problems came up.

He is too great a risk at 10, and doesn't fit the 34 scheme. He is not a nose, and is not big or fast enough to play end.

I once had a coach tap me on the helmet and in front of my teammates to announce "It just goes to show you - you can't make chicken salad out of chicken shiiit." It motivated me to hate him the rest of my HS career.

Coaches make a big difference - good and bad.

I am good with them also and I am also good with the best RT in the draft in the first round. I am also fine with an extra 2 and another team 1st next year someone like Tampa or the giants .


I would be fine to do that until some like luck landed into our laps I am tired of crappy ass QB play.
