Fair enough...

and I agree.

When I retire in 5 or so years from now I will live in the Rock Mountains till I die. There is a reason 99% of Broncos players stay and live there for the rest of their lives. I love Idaho more only for the Fishing. My god the fishing there would be damn hard to beat for Trout, Smallmouth and Croppie use to be salmon but the Dams have the Salmon river darn near empty were there were millions.
When I was a kid the water would turn black with them. I caught 20 salmon the last day the last year there was a Salmon season. I broke every pole I was dropped off with and run out of lures because the fish bent the hooks all straight. That was the best day of my life before I adopted my boy now each day I have with him is my best day!

Was it you DC that was talking up George Kittle before the draft? Hope he gets the record today.

Should have some options there. Trading up to get a QB or staying put and drafting an impact player.

Yes. Loved George Kittle. Use to sit by his parents at Iowa games. Great family!

Duke quarterback Daniel Jones declares for the NFL draft. Many think he'll be a round 1 pick. Kinda fits the Elway mold. Any thoughts on him?

Big, solid arm, prototype West Coast QB that logged a lot of collegiate starts. He stands the most to gain from the combine and his pro day. I still like Haskins and Lock ahead of him, but at this point, both are likely gone (NYG, JAX) before we pick at 10.

Hard to tell with QBs. They rise up the draft boards for pretty much no reason other then they are a QB.

I like him .. If this guy has something between the ears - which, as an economics major at Duke, he just might have - I think he'd be an intriguing pick

Jones’ head coach David Cutcliffe is the former college coach of three former first round quarterbacks in Peyton and Eli Manning, as well as Heath Shuler. The Manning brothers have been key to Jones’ development as they have trained with him and the Duke football team since 2013, and Jones has attended their summer QB camp for the past two years.

I love Haskins, and Jones I like ... Not sold at all on Lock

This is an excellent overview of Jones - with some interesting video examples :

2019 Jaguars NFL Draft Profile: Duke Quarterback Daniel Jones

I've watched four Duke games in the past week or so, and one thing that stuck out was how bad Duke's receivers were - Jones certainly wasn;t helped out in that department

Jones certainly seems to fit what Kubiak might have in mind

Really prefer to wait until the better QB class of 2020, but then we'd potentially being throwing that kid out there from day 1. If the Broncos draft a QB at 10 this year, we'd still have Keenum to shuttle out there for 2019. Give the rookie a year to watch and learn... or he beats out/replaces Keenum.

A guy that could become a steal in the later rounds: QB Easton Stick, North Dakota State.

6'2, 220 lbs. Not an overly strong arm, but he's accurate and has mobility. Some talking head on Twitter seems to think he's the best "under the center" QB prospect coming into the draft. I'm guessing that means the best QB with his hands under the center's ass. Likely needs a couple of years to develop but he's an exciting player to watch.
