Pick Jake Butt in the 3rd round and IR him. Heurmann looked pretty good and so did Derby at time and HCC is still here.

Spend the 1st round pick on somewhere else. Still like McCaffery if they can trade back a little. I'm sure he's as elusive as Edleman. Play him in the backfield, slot , out wide. Mr Instant offense.

I don't feel bad for him. He will still make it. I doubt his dad wants to kill him, he is a million dollar man. We all make mistakes. I've seen people make worse mistakes. Dumb, but he can rebound.

This will change I am sure with Free Agency. Hope we retain Walker, and sign an RG/RT and a Nose Tackle. That would pretty much make draft BPA (I can live going into draft with Schofield competing for RG or RT with a lower level signing or earlyish draft pick).

If we do get our oline and dline worked out, wouldn't hate edge/corner/safety if value falls to us.

Watched an OT that just destroyed every player that came at him in some drills. Never seen somebody dominate quite at that level.

Yeah- I know way too early to comment on them NFL wise, but still fun to follow from recruiting to draft time to see how players develop. Being a DB guy I am there are some NIFTY DB's in this recruiting class.
