He is visiting the 49ers today and he said he wants to sign with the Pats or 49ers, how nice would it be to add him to the slot position. We would have a lineup of Moss, Crabs and Lloyd. Talk about upgrading over Ginn and Morgan

I'd rather sign Chaz then Lloyd. Chaz has tremendous upside, will cost less, and isn't the head case Lloyd has consistently proven to be.

Lloyd would definitely start over Crabs. Crabs would probably become the slot WR. You can't afford to not have Lloyd on the field. You CAN afford to not have Crabs on the field.

I'm all about improving the WR position, especially if we're sticking with Alex. Sure, Lloyd has had issues in the past and maybe they'll surface again... but the bottom line is the 49ers need WRs.

Its funny, for how much hand-wringing there was over Moss joining the locker room.....by most accounts, Lloyd is an even worse guy to have around. Completely selfish, self-centered, the kind of guy that's down for huge numbers and a loss.

I think there's a chance Moss isn't a starter. He's not a very good blocker, and needed to sit at times in his last stint. Hard to imagine this power-running offense trotting onto the field with Lloyd and Moss as the starters.
