What is up with Julio taking all these first pitch strikes that are fast balls?
He just had a grade at bat of around seven or eight pictures or so in the third inning ended up with a weak ass ground ball to the picture but the best pitch he saw was the first pitch that was metal metal fastball right down the pipe and he just watched it no attempt at all to swing ??
I just don’t get that he’s been doing it a lot the past few weeks and it’s hurt his home run total he was hit and plenty of home runs a month or two ago but his home run production has really dropped I think because he’s taking all these first pitch fastballs for strikes getting behind the counter and swinging at terrible breaking pictures and everything else later in the back just like he did a moment ago.
