Im on the verge of rooting for us to tank so we can get a top 5 draft pick.

Folty was pretty good for his first career start. I'd take 5 innings with 3 earned from Teheran at this point. 2 RBI double to get the offense going to boot.

Cahill out of the rotation, I hope to see a lot of rookies in that 5th spot this year.

A lot can happen between now and the end of the season. Wood and Teheran will turn it around, and Cahill is out of the rotation and Stults has been pretty dang good for us.

I like his overall track record. I put more stock in that than a few poor starts. But I know we can only live in the present.

Teheran looked good today.

And Stults despite getting hit yesterday helped us out a lot by getting through 7 innings, and Cody Martin going two innings today helps too. If we get Wood and Teheran on track and our starters start going 7+ on a regular basis to save our bull pen, we can be a decent team. I like our offense so far.

So .... The Braves ....

I need a team to pull for. I was a Braves fan growing up and then lost interest in my 20's and haven't really been an avid fan of anyone since. My son wants to like the Yankees because he read a book about Babe Ruth and I tried to do it for him, but I felt like a traitor pulling for Yankees, so here I am in limbo again. I have a tough time with MLB and the NFL. Maybe I'll just watch a few weeks worth of games and see if it grows on me.

Fuck our pitching. Pitching was suppose to be our strength while offense was our weakness but its been the complete opposite so far. Our Offense is Solid and could make a playoff run but our pitching fucking sucks.
