Really bad timing for Cahill and Stults' spot in the rotation to come up. On the road against the hottest team in the Majors and the team we're trailing in the East.

This is a perfect spot to fade the Mets and their 9-game winning streak. New York will be forced to turn to the back of their rotation, as they will give the ball to Dillon Gee, who is 0-1 with a 7.59 ERA and 1.406 WHIP over his first two starts of 2015. One of those two starts came against the Braves, where he allowed 5 runs on 8 hits in just 5 innings of work. Atlanta will counter with Eric Stults, who hasn't been a whole lot better to start the season. Stults has a 6.30 ERA and 1.500 WHIP over his first two starts, but did limit the Mets to just 3 runs in 5 innings earlier this season and is 3-1 with a 2.87 ERA and 1.195 WHIP over 7 career starts against New York. Atlanta is 8-2 in their last 10 games as a road underdog, 4-1 in their last 5 following a loss and 6-2 in their last 8 versus a starting pitcher with a WHIP greater than 1.30. These trends combine to form a strong 78% (18-5) system in favor of the Braves. Take Atlanta!

Stults was pretty dang good tonight. Our starters are gonna have to give the bullpen a break though. We've yet to have a starter finish 7 innings.

And the bull pen is about to blow it. Runners on the corner with 0 outs.

This game is gonna be a tough one to swallow. We really can't afford to lose when Stults or Cahill pitch well. Stults pitched very well tonight.
