No surprise here. You can never really trust gingers until you get to meet them and that's only if they don't suck your soul out in the first few minutes so his better than advertised comment makes sense since he's still alive.
As for Brady, outside of a Super Bowl opportunity I'm sure he's happy to be outta there. The Kraft's aren't going to pay highly for wide receivers (not that I disagree with that) and Brady seems like he'd go into a total whine bitchfest mode if you dropped a ball or mis ran like one route. Belichick would be scary to work for as well.
Problem is........LaFell didn't drop just one ball. In the Texans game, he dropped two in the first half. Both were chest high. He dropped at least a dozen over the 2015 season. Like most guys who get dumped by any team, they've got hurt feelings and want every one in the world to know that they're unhappy that they're not in a comfort zone anymore. No one shit on his shoes when he left, not one bad word was uttered. Let's see if he can catch 80 passes for 1000 yards and 15 TDs.........then he can beat his chest.

It's better than Randy Moss trying to get the Patriots to take him back.
While he was playing on another team.
