Brady/Thompkins last play

Posted this on another thread, but I figured I'd just make it it's on topic considering how big the play was. I just want to say that I truly think Brady is amazing, and that last throw was a thing of beauty. He did an awesome job. Now before I do this, I just want to let it be known that I'm not making this an excuse, but I just want to make sure that everybody got a chance to see because I never even payed attention to it(even on the replay).

Had Galette in a chokehold.....but congrats Pats, that was still one helluva final drive.

Looks like a clear hold to me.

If it's committed it should be called.

And no Patriots fan should say anything about calls after they got a lifetime's worth of karma with the "Tuck Rule"

NO should not be complaining about that play. They should be complaining at the play calling with under 4min and giving the ball back to NE twice! That is what this game is about. Watching that play live, full speed, it was hard to see unless you were looking for it.

You know how many penalties are committed and not called? Come on, it happens to every team.

bad calls happen it's no excuse the Saints had a chance to stop win and didn't, and it wasn't the refs fault...IMO

Exactly. You keep giving Brady (even if his skills are eroding) opportunities to win the game, he will win the game. The Saints choked that one away.

Everyone forgets that after the tuck rule, Oak got the ball back and could have won the game. They didn't.

Love how people get pissed when an actually rule, no matter how stupid it is, was called. We were lucky to have a Ref who knew the rule too. Time to get over the tuck rule.
