Well, in fairness... that's kinda what we expected from him here.

The Eagles have dropped a LOT of talent so far this offseason. Unless Chip Kelly has some magic beans up his sleeve, Sam's got yet another huge hill to climb. It's a shame, too... just when we were getting our shit together. Thankfully, if Foles is indeed a plug-and-play type of guy... we'll be just fine.

My take is that Chip Kelly is going to package something on draft day to get Marriota. If Marriota is there at #12, Chip might package Sam and the Eagles' #20 pick for Cleveland's #12 pick.

Cleveland just lost Hoyer and has only Manziel right now I believe. Sam's not going to play in Philly or in Chip's system. Matter of fact, the Eagles can cut Bradford and it not count against the cap as well.

Houston has Mallett and Hoyer. Tennesee has no one but has the #2 pick. That could be Chip's plan too. Package Bradford and #20 plus more picks for the #2 Tennesee pick.
