From 09-10 to 10-11 he took 1 less shot in 7 more games. That is the year where his point production fell off from 109 to 85.

From 08-09 to 09-10 he took 160 less shots in 7 less games. and had his points production fall 1 point from 110-109. There were also reports coming out of Washington at that time that he had hurt his knee and the cause of his drop off in play and time.
