Defemse was bad all day. 27 first given up and allowed 14/19 on 3rd dn conv

They actually kept us in the game until the last drive, that was absolutely awful. After the Hopkins missed Fg LAC was driving then we get a pick by Jackson, Next play, Gibson fumbles inside the 5. Cant expect the d to stop them there. When you fumble and miss Fg's in a close game you wont win.

Fitz was done when he signed here, Allen and Hieney aren't much either. I've been saying it all off-season... This team is a QB away and they don't have one!

Holcomb led the team with 11 tackles. Yes they need to improve the LBer position but calling Davis a bust (I know it wasn't you) after he played one game is hilarious.

I don't think that he's a bust, he's a guy selected in the first round because this organization wants to recreate what some of them had in Carolina. Give the young fella some time, he's got a lot to learn.

Maybe the issue isn't who this team drafts or signs but which team is drafting and signing them. Ron Rivera has been a head coach for ten years in that time he's only had three winning seasons. See:

Heinicke adds a spark for whatever reason when ever he's in there. Hip injuries are never a good thing. We'll see. If he's out long term, I guess Allen is up, but I would look into Cam if Fitz gets IRd.

Leno and Cosmi are not Trent and Morgan.

Gibson flashed but was clearly gassed towards the end. Fumble probably cost us the game.

Skins really need Samuel to get back so Logan and Terry can get a little more breathing room.

D Line got dominated.

Rivera should have gone for it and burning 20 seconds before punting was another September head scratcher from him.

Del Rio wasn't able to adjust the way he did last year, but other than a scripted first drive that the Chargers had eight months to prepare, I thought the defense was good enough.

Hopkins will cost us games this year.

BTW: After watching the game today I am all in on keeping the uniforms exactly the same and sticking with WFT. Maybe bring back the stripes down the middle of the helmet. Glad we play Thursday. This one hurt.

Not covering K. Allen their best WR just baffles me on 3rd and 16 and 3rd and 5. You have to be kidding me. RR just got out coached by a rookie HC. Sherfff huge holding call and then Hopkins missed 51 yard yard was the beginning of the end. To put the cherry on the cake, Gibson fumbles inside the 5 carrying the ball away from his body. You have to be kidding me. We did not look like a good team today at all.

Defense gave up 20 points, 7 of them came one three yard drive after a Gibson fumble (basically counter3d by the game ending drive), and they forced two turnovers. It wasn’t a great game but hardly the worst.

Now how did AH do? He had a massive 2 catches for 10 yards. The third into a first down magnet caught one on 2nd and 13 and the other was on a second and 20 after AH put us in that position with a clipping penalty. AH May have been the second worst player on the field today behind Antonio Gibson.
