Im a die hard Eagles fan but find myself really interested in the Rams. Definitely the team of the future if things work out. I think your owner brings in Bradford and tells him you are our guy then BLUFF hard that you're after a QB at #2. I think you coud easily take Clevelands #3 pick over all and the pick they got from the Colts (1st rounder for Trent R) for your #2 pick. Then I would keep dealing. You'd then have three 1st rounders to fiddle around with. YOu could parlay those 3 picks into the two top OLineman.

But something in me thinks if you can do this deal with Cleveland you grab CLowney at 3. Your D is all ready excellent but with Clowney we are talking possibly all time great DLine. Take your 13th and the Colts #1 and move back up to grab Jake Matthews and walk out of the first round with the number 1 DLineman and #1 OLineman.

So many awesome scenarios for you guys. So my question is to all the Rams fans is would you give up pick #13 in the first round for Dez Bryant? I just dont see how Dallas can afford to sign him being 31 million over the cap with Dez, Demarco Murray and their Pro Bowl LT all entering the final year off their contracts.

Man I'm jealous!

I would not because the Rams can't get him in their cap either.

I wouldn't want Dez because we already have enough head cases on our team. Adding another would be Coaching suicide for Fisher and Co.

Agreed. The money isn't there but Bryant would totally be worth it otherwise

right, however that does not include the rookie salary cap.
Plus they will cut some dead weight. With Wells, Dahl and Finnegan cut It should be somewhere between 12-15mil. Not to mention they owe Jake Long less guaranteed money now because of his status of being on IR at the end of the season.

Its crazy to think that Finnegan was one of the Rams' best players during the first half of the 2012 season.

Indeed it is getting better, but not in a way they could go after a contract like Dez has.

Would love to have Dez though, but not at the cost of that pick; we still have holes at Safety and OL. Would love to ship Givens, and Quick, Cook for him though.

There's no way I'd give up that much. And how horrible would it be if Quick went to Dallas and became Dez 2.0? Just sayin.

I'd give up Givens pead and quick but not cook

Quick aint Dez. Quick aint even in Dez's area code. Hell Quick ain't even in his own area code. That pick was a reach.. Maybe he finds a magic lamp and has a strong 3rd year, but the dude has looked lost for many A game.

That and the fact great WR's tend to make their most progress their third year.

It would be a great shame if the Rams cut him loose now after investing in his physical aspects and potential and he proves to be a true No. 1 somewhere else in the league in year three!
