Goalies are sharp, play is physical but clean and the PP is the difference. What we should have had from the start. Fun period.



Another thing we should have had from the start: Markus Nutivaara. Torts wasted 3 games on Harrington. I think the story is somewhat different with that one change. And if Sedlak was ready, he also should have been in. I like his style.

Foligno tweaked his groin or hammy in warm up, so Hartnell (much to the dismay of the Pitt crowd) is in. Blessing in disguise, now Foligno won't be dragged down by Dubinsky and Atkinson & Torts had to mix the lines up. The new combos have had some good work put in. Bjorkstrand with Saad and Wennberg gives me that funny feeling in my tummy.

Based on body language after the third Pens goal, I though we were gonna see stupid goonery for the rest of the game, essentially giving the Pens the PP for the rest of the game.

What would be the most surprising thing to see is a scoreless 3rd period. I sense a 5-4 OT game after the Pens take a 4-2 lead and MAF lets in 2 late goals.
