I'd say its about 50% Bortles, 50% Jacksonville. The Jaguars have had so many busts in the past 10 years that it can't just be the players.

It will be interesting to see what the new coaching staff does. They're going to have a top 3 pick most likely.

Jacksonville's defense has made decent strides (top 10 in Y/allowed), but that team is WAYYY to turnover prone. They are -15 in differential, woof. They also can't generate any turnovers of their own, obviously.

As for Bortles, his line isn't terrible. Guy averages < 60% completion and 6.2 average... pretty crappy #s considering he's got some wideout talent. I really thought Jax would be a .500 team this year... Bradley has gotta be gone for sure. That team has done nothing despite really high draft picks.
