Really none of these jobs seem appealing. Outside of maybe the Giants, but the Giants have been irrelevant for so long now that it's like who cares.

I'm not the biggest Mayfield guy, but you could do worse than the Browns.

Lot of high draft choices on both sides of the ball...top 10 draft pick, and cap space. A good HC has the potential to turn that operation into a 10 win team in 2 yrs.

A good head coach for Washington or Dallas will have little imput on the team and personnel. All he's supposed to do is just coach what players he's given to win? That's not going to work well. The HC will have to love working with Jerry or Dan to be successful after just one year.
