I still don't get how such a proud school like you guys essentially made two mid major hirings in Riley then Moos. Even if Moos decides to lure Leach away he has a huge buyout so you'll pay Riley, Leach and us for at least two years of sucking until he would get his guys in.

sounds like they had a committee and a lot of people involved, so i'm going to trust them that this is a good fit. even though they said this was their #1 guy, sure seemed like in the last few weeks a lot of guys basically said they weren't interested. which i don't blame them if they are in a good situation themselves. why should they leave?
i thought they kinda limited themselves wanting a Power 5 guy, you weren't going to steal a guy from a really good Power 5, so you were looking at lower level Power 5 like WSU to begin with. I probably would have went to the next level (what do they call that, "Group of 5" or something) and tried to get the guy from the best school there. Basically that AD probably would have been about the same level as the lower tier power 5.
i especially don't like what @wazzu31 is saying about him. that sounds like similar sentiment to what we were getting when MR was hired. so i don't like that at all.
