OU’s defense has given at least 24 points all but two times with two of those times being 49 and 56 points. No OUs defense hasn’t been good enough to beat WVU’s offense. OUs offense on the other hand has.

BTW, in case you were wondering, my 3 previous TT Games were all Bowl Games:

I saw Bobby Bowden and the Seminoles whip the Steve Sloan Red Raiders in the 1977 Tangerine Bowl.

I saw the John Robinson USC Trojans whip the Spike Dykes Red Raiders in the 1995 Cotton Bowl.

I saw the Fightin' Mike Shulas beat the Pirate in the 2006 Cotton Bowl.

So, this will be my first TT Regular Season Game!

the wr knee was down when he caught it
out in the flat -

oh well -

At least TT had 59 minutes to correct the bad call. Small consolation, I know. Either way, Alabama had a great defensive game plan that day vs. TT + Hodges Knee injury helped slow down the high powered Raiders to 10 points. Beautiful sunny day at the Cotton Bowl! That's what I remember most of all. I had good seats on the 40 or so under the upper deck, but my wife and I moved to the end zone (to sit in the sun) where Alabama kicked the winning FG.

1. OU, Riley development at QB, followed by his offensive play calling. Then add the only, twice proven 1000 rusher. Behind one of the best Oline in CFB.

2. Okielite. Hubbard is just to good. Plus they have a better Oline, then texASS.

3. texASS, solid talent but a average to below average Oline.
