The B!G is like the Ivy League. They don't rely on football revenue. Their research dollars and endowments are so significant they don't need no stinking football revenue. They are academic institutions and are richer than six foot up a bull's ass. That's some rich stuff up there.

Agreed the B1G has some fat ass endowments .. especially Michigan who dwarves most universities. With that said the PAC has a few decent academic schools itself.

I should have used the green font. But, how many B1G schools will have to fold up shop if they lose football revenue for one year?

The elephant in the room is how much all the schools are going to lose from tuition/fees due to student enrollment declines. What I'm hearing from a few CFOs at some of the higher ed instutions here in Texas is they are planning for a 20-25% decline in enrollment. And, they had to refund a lot of money last spring.

The perfect time for the Big 10 to play their 10th game is the 2nd week of September. No conference games are scheduled so everyone is off.
