In 2010 Ohio St. went 0-1 for the year.
In 2011 Ohio St. went 6-7 for the year.

I think that stat right there knocks your team out of the "most consistent" category.

Best team of the BCS era IMO had to be Alabama from 2009-2013.

In that period Bama went 60-6, won 3 national championships in 4 years and very nearly went to another one this year.

I'd give it to Bama also but I do think Auburn and LSU have a strong argument for number two on that list.

1. Alabama
2. Auburn or LSU (if Auburn wins they get if they lose fall to 3)
4. Florida
5. FSU (if they win if not fall 6)
6. Ohio State
7. Texas
