Lots of games worth watching. Might have to go to a Sports Book on Sunday. This is the week that parlays will work out well and some serious fat stacks are made.

Bills/Patriots
I like the way the Bills are playing right now. They have a chance to win the division

Vikings are 6-0 at home this year. 1 game behind the Packers. All eyes are going to be on the refs. Could be a classic.

All good ones. Lots of play-off implications. I had a hard time choosing between Pats/Bills and Vikes/Packers but finally went with the NFCN tilt. But if the Bills were to somehow win in Foxboro, that would be huge. Rams/ Niners important to my team but not vital. Saints @ Titans is important as well. Eagles/Cowboys for their fans is big but for the rest of us, it's hard to care. Fwiw, I think the Boys take that one and end the Eagles season.

The game that decides the winner of the best division in the history of the league.

Cowboys at Eagles.

There are several divisional clashes with divisions on the line, so you gotta vote for one of those IMO. I say Philly-Dallas in Trash Clash 2, but I am biased.

They'd need to lose both their remaining games, but that would be funny as hell if they had to play the Texans on the road in round 1, only to be rewarded by going to Baltimore the following week and likely KC after that.

Cowboys vs Philthy.
Two reasons
1 and the most important reason. I'm a Cowboys fan.
2. That game is huge in determining who wins the NFCE. Now I know Buffalo and Minnesota both HAVE to win this week to win their divisions, but even then they need help from unlikely sources, Miami and Detroit

If that were to happen, it would be interesting. If the Chiefs were to slip up in one of their games, it could be a game in KC WC weekend. That would be even more intriguing. Lots of big "ifs" here though. Highly doubtful on both counts.

If the Bills win out, wouldn't they have the tiebreaker over the Pats with a better conference record?

No. They need to win out and the Pat's to lose out. Pat's play Miami in week 17. I don't see the Dolphins beating NE if NE loses the week prior.

Common games come into effect before the Conference record.

  1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games between the clubs).
  2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
  3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
  4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.

Every source and playoff machine I've been using indicates that's either not true or irrelevant for that scenario. Don't have the exact reason or tiebreaker in front of me.

The only reason I didn't pick it is because the Eagles are pretty gutted with injuries IIRC. For implications sake, its probably at the top because its pretty close to play-in game.
