I think this one will be Hawks/ Niners all the way. Huge divisional match-up and by the look of things around the hoop, people disliking the Niners and wanting them to lose growing by the day. I guess a thank you to @CruiseControl for most of that sentiment.
Vikes/ Boys a good one and Rams/ Steelers might actually be entertaining. Pitt is playing their asses off right now despite all the injuries. That defense is getting after the QB big time and Minkah Fitzpatrick gives the back end a huge boost. Goff and McVay need to prove something. The Rams need to win and stay close in the west.

Lot of important games this week.

Best matchup I thought was SEA @ SF....imo the 49ers look like the best team in the league thru 9 weeks, 'Hawks are winning but not quite up to the 49ers level so far...should be a good DIV game.

Seahawks are only good on the road. Niners Dline is a yard taller than Seahawks quarterback.

Holy crap. A lot of big games this week.
Panthers/Packers might answer some questions for both teams & major implications to making playoffs.
Niners/hawks will be the biggest clash of the week. but both will make the playoffs & they will have a rematch later this season.

So I went with the Cowboys/Vikings. Also major implications for the playoffs. huge for the winner, & might be devastating for the loser. Any of these games are worth picking, but being a Cowboys fan. Obviously this one is most important to me.
