probably 1972 game against alabama. i think they were #1 or #2 and leading 16-3 in the 4th quarter. auburn blocked 2 punts and returned both for touchdowns to win 17-16.

the comeback against alabama in 2010 after being down 24-0 was equally awesome, but wasn't really a big upset.

With about 4 minutes left Dumbass Dye chose to go for it on 4th and goal from the 1, needing just 3 points. His kicker McGinty would later miss a 42-yarder as time expired. Dye refused to give him a scholly the following year and he transferred to Florida and would go on to beat Dye in 1986 with a game winning 51 yarder in an 18-17 Florida win. Dye had told Bear just before he died that he would beat his successor like a red-headed stepchild. Perkins was 2-2 against him.

OK, this one is my favorite UF upset. 1997 UF - FSU game. Here is the description from Bleacher Report

"The Seminoles came in to the 1997 matchup undefeated and ranked number one in the polls. Florida entered the game ranked 10th in the polls and a huge underdog at nearly 31 ½ points."

Late in the fourth quarter Sabastian Janikowski kicked a field goal to put FSU up by four and after doing turned to face UF fans. He then mocked UF but doing the Gator Chomp with this index finger and thumb instead of his arms. Baaaad move Sabastian!!! Now, back to Bleacher Reports

"The Gators took possession of the ball with 2:33 left in the fourth quarter down 25-29. Doug Johnson would hit Jacquez Green on 63 yard pass to get Florida down to the Florida State 17 yard line. Fred Taylor would carry the ball on down to the 2 yard line on the next play. Taylor scored on the following play to give the Florida a touchdown after driving 80 yards in three plays in just 44 seconds.

Linebacker Dwayne Thomas would intercept Thad Busby with 1:06 left to play to seal the game for the Gators. The hero of the game would be Taylor who rushed for 162 yards and four touchdowns. What made this even sweeter was the fact that this game was the SECOND time in 1997 that UF beat #1 FSU. They had beaten #1 FSU in the Sugar Bowl 52-20 on Jan 2, 1997 to win UF's first NC and now on Nov 22, 1997 UF beat #1 FSU 32-29 to keep Bowden from winning his second NC.

Nebraska was a 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 point favorite in that game. In Nebraska, the books jacked the line to 6 and 7 and us homers were still hammering the Huskers.
