Where do you all see him going? Rumors are quite rampant about him. Philly and Toronto mentioned, and also saw the Isles thrown out there. The Isles would be a perfect fit IMO, if they have the stuff to make the move and pay the man. Philly? No money, have to move a center probably. Toronto? I think they were just mentioned to get hits...shocking.

I don't want Bernier. He's like 5'9 without skates on. I know some Isles fans are almost obesessed with acquiring him. It all depends on what it would take to get him. I don't think he'w worth a 1st round pick let alone a 1st & a prospect or two. He's played 62 NHL games in his career & to me is a 25 year old unproven prospect. I hope he ends up in Philly. I've heard Holmgren offered Matt Read for Bernier at the deadline. Hopefully those talks heat up again.

Man, we're lousy with goalies (or is it our goalies are lousy). Either way, no room for Bernier.

Most people think he's going to Philly anyway because of the trading history...but what are they willing to spend on him money wise? Like you said, he's realitively unproven. Honestly, I didn't realize he was an RFA THIS offseason. Changes my tune a bit.

Schneider is a legit worry for me to be sure. still would not be shocked if we traded him and kept Luongo
