1 carry 41 yards

20 additional carries for 50 yards

Not Scoring that TD was the difference maker. 2 weeks in row, 1st and goal....cant get the TD

Now, they have to win out.

I hope we lose out. I'd rather get a better pick than barely make the playoffs and lose in round 1.

The pick will be the difference between 20th and 17th. I'll take the playoffs.

I hope they win, but they dont deserve nor will they get to the playoffs. Losing to a depleted Houston at home aint going to cut it.

1-6 against teams with a winning record (and 1 loss came to a crappy Denver team).

There a middle of the road team - Not a playoff team.

I think they win 1 of the next 3. They'll win 2 if Baltimore has nothing to gain by playing starters.

With 4 teams tied at 10-3, Baltimore just has to win 1 of the next 2 games against Cleveland and San Diego to have something to play for come Week 17 as they'll at WORST be 1 game behind a bye.

Pitt/Balt for the division probably goes down to the last week

But Baltimore holds all tie-breakers so if they have the same record going into week 17, Pitt will have no chance.

Looking at the playoff machine, it does seem unlikely that B-More would be resting starters. They'll have a bye to play for (as Rey pointed out). I'd love to make the game meaningful for us, but I'm not confident that we beat the Rams and Cards.

But if they have the same record, Balt needs to win to maintain the tiebreaker...

otherwise they'll lose outright

So what....Baltimore rests their starters? We couldn't beat the texans with them resting their starters.

I understand why everyone is dissappointed, but this isn't over...

they lost to a Texans team that's been one of the best in the leauge despite injuries..

The Broncos should win the West. so it essentaily comes down to a bunch of teams competiting for the 6th seed. Bengals have the tiebreaker over the Titans because they beat them head to head. unless the Raiders skill players all of a sudden get healthy they're in trouble.

Now the Jets have a one game lead and look like the best bet, but all three of their final games are tough...

I'm not saying the Bengals make it, but it wouldnt shock me either

This was another classic lose to a rookie/backup QB...I remember a few yrs ago against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, when we lost to a piece of shit QB, think it was a rookie. We had the game won and justin smith got a BOGUS roughing the passer penalty called on him that extended a drive for the bucs....i still haven't let that game go...and now this shit

Jets have the tie-breaker right now and will likely end the season with the tie-breaker, so essentially we're 2 games back with 3 games left to play.

There's not a shred of evidence to support this being a playoff team.

but they have to play the Eagles, and Dolphins on the road, and the Giants "at home" (it's at home for both teams but Jets season ticket holders get the seats)....

I could see them losing 2 of those 3 very easily
