So now Bennett plays along for a few weeks and if he struggles and doesn't get the PT he wants and becomes disgruntled he kneels out of nowhere one Sunday and now you have to act because you have gone on record and backed yourself in a corner, but if you do act you open yourself up to legal action and scrutiny and if you don't act you open yourself up to scrutiny. I agree 100% here but we don't know what the agreement was, and if they just said they had a discussion and are on the same page, isn't that the same as saying they have an agreement?
I may be giving Bennett too much credit here, but it's possible he agreed just so he'd have an out if hes not happy in Dallas.
