Hits are most definitely a concern. Hopefully he continues to develop as a passer first and only play hero ball with the run when absolutely necessary

It is the proper take but you have to be excited at what the kid has done so far. You have to give the coaching staff a lot of credit too. I have said this several times, look how he has performed in the 2nd half of games. We have to see how defenses try to adjust to him. I think he is going to still come out on top.

Again I had the same concern. But last night, for the first time, he did slide to finish a run, most all the others he skipped out of bounds. He did take one big hit early but as Aikman pointed out that was the play there as he was stretching for a first down on 4th.

TV coverage was awful. They never gave credit for Jayden delivering that pass under that pressure. Never showed this replay.

I went to the game.I can’t tell you how effing loud it was on the 4th down play and the last touchdown play it was. I debated on making the trip from NC because I have disappointed so many times. Was worth every dime. Best win I have seen in person.HTTR
