Well, my hope is now that Marvin is getting way more input into personnel decisions, there are at least some competent minds that would heavily consider giving Dalton the boot in 2 years, or at least begin looking for a replacement sooner rather than later.

If that is the case, you better hope Gruden gets a HC job because Dalton is his guy.

I know Dalton was his guy coming out of the draft, not sure if he still is his guy.

With the reports coming out last year that not everyone thought Dalton was a franchise QB, you know it has to be somewhere higher in ranks. Not saying it was Gruden, but after this past season, most in the organization cannot be too far behind whoever made the statment last year.
