He was well on his way to being a bust..... Marv wanted him to be a linebacker. Pollack couldn't play linebacker. He was eventually going t be moved back to DE where he would have been undersized.

Maybe he would have had a chance as an OLB in a 3-4, but that wasn't happening here. It was another one of Marvin's brilliant ideas - Let's change the guys position and just hope for the best.

He wasn't a LB and woulda been an undersized DE. It was a horrific draft selection.
