With 1 timeout remaining, why didn't Fox call it when AP was tackled with 20 seconds left? Would have forced the Vikes to either run a play or kick it (leaving the Bears with some time to possess the ball).

Using the last timeout to "ice" the kicker is a waste.

Just to get it out there. That was a dirty fucking display by Minnesota. Two cheap shots on Jay and another on Royal that forced him to leave the game.

Putrid fucking officiating once again. The preferential treatment to "stars", i.e. APs spike and subsequent no-call and the lack of equality towards "non-stars", i.e. the 2nd cheap shot on Jay and subsequent no-call is making the NFL look more and more like the NBA everyday.

Boy does that suck. Cutler outplayed Bridgewater big-time today, but Cutler's receiver dropped the ball on the potential game-winning drive while Bridgewater got away with a terribly risky pass. 2 weeks in a row, the Bears pretty much gave away wins. They should be 4-3 right now, but instead the season is OVER at 2-5. Really a shame because Cutler came back early from the hamstring injury and made an amazing effort to try to get the Bears back in the playoff race.

I think Cutler is proving that he's the QB for the Bears in the next few years. The way he's playing under Gase is the best he has looked since he played for Shanahan. He just had 4 good games in a row, which I don't think I've ever seen from him. He's been so inconsistent in his career, but it looks as if he's finally in a great situation here with Gase. The Bears just need to improve other parts of the team. Fox will make this team a contender pretty quickly, probably by next season. Just have to hang in there, as frustrating as these last 2 weeks were.

Brutal losses, 2 weeks ago and today. Hate seeing Cutler play good and them lose still, because of one or two dumb plays.


Langford must be kicking himself. Game's over if he catches that.

This isn't a bad team... They are getting killed on crazy plays: Kick Return for TD. Catch in front of Rolle. These plays will flip when they get a little bit more talent.
Langford needs to catch that pass and game over.
