I go back and forth on that. The fact we have NEVER gotten any clarity on the rib injury is most definitely gamesmanship. ie., bone bruise vs intercostal muscles vs possibility of hairline fracture

I think HE thinks he's going. Gonna be up to DQ to be the grown up in the room to make the right call and I trust he will.
Keim said we know there was no break. I hope there wasn't a hairline fracture. Probably wouldn't be trying to let him practice tomorrow if that was the case.

from what I understand a hairline fracture (not a break that was confirmed nonexistent) is less concerning than the intercostal issue for th torque required for a QB and especially JD. Heard a bone bruise was the least intrusive of all.

I had a hairline fracture in my ankle in high school and they put me in a cast so it wouldn't get worse. Who knows. I like that they aren't saying anything.

A hair line fracture would be picked up on X Ray . I think it’s more of a tissue injury or cartilage injury

Steal his Vous shoes!! He is on my fantasy team though.

Thoughts? = there are 10,000 podcasting journalists out there ... I'll leave it up to the professionals .... they have forgot more than we will ever know

Who the hell can sleep in a cold tub, hell you have to splain to your wife where your junk went

Question for the board - better to try and play JD5 and if it isn't working pull him in favor of MM or let him sit a game?

St elsewhere is horrible at the LOS rarely making contact or redirecting a route . Add to it lack of speed and shiftiness, and you see he is lacking in football smarts or using his strengths to the fullest

Semantics. 6’3” 200 pounds versus 5’11” 197. Nobody considers BSJ to be in the big, physical corner realm.

no but he is the biggest on this team. He is supposed to cover the bigger WR not the speed WR.

I could see that, Jay Gruden mentioned that as a path if he wasn't 100%

tho id prefer he sit, if the full playback isn't open to him

Torgue!!! The key word

If you have never had a bone bruise, they hurt. Guys play with them, they also take longer to heal than bruises to your skin.

I agree, get him ready for NY if he is not able to be a full go and do the things that make him different than other QBs.
I also admit id likely feel differently if this was a playoff game and MM hadn't done so well, lol

Whether Jayden plays or not would anyone be pissed off if the team was 6-3 after the Giants game? We'd all love 7-2 but I won't be mad at 6-3.

I could care less about the Jayden vs. Caleb thing. That is media and fan hype.

Being 6-3 would be outstanding However we are overlooking the giants who have had our number . We didn’t score a TD In our win so how does 5-4 look and a 2 game losing streak?
