I agree with rowdy...

He needs to stop talking to the media like it's a millennial share session.

Either be Bill belicheck and give 1 word answers or be a smartelic like Bobby knight. Pick one.
Well, then who is he going to talk to? Cause apparently he doesn’t talk to the players per his own admission and he doesn’t seem to talk to the other coaches as he rarely even has a headset on during games.

What ya talking about? McCarthy is still the dumbest HC in the league. RR might not be far behind though. He doesn’t know when to shut the fuck up
still the best opinion on hoop. Such certainty too.

Skins are on pace to allow the most points in a single season in league history

I am shocked Rivera didn't fire the secondary coach at least.

Does he know it over and doesn't care?

Actually, it is the time to evaluate GM candidates. we need a solid GM to help figure out this coaching mess. The sooner, the better. No need to wait until after the season.

EB is the next HC. There is no way Harris can hire any one else with out causing a huge shitstorm, something he doesnt need right now.
Evaluate yes, hire most likely no. Unless there is some guy you like a lot that is not employed. Otherwise you wait until the season is over to hire someone who is currently working in the season and not likely to go anywhere.

Agreed.
The GM process must be a thought out and reviewed over and over again. We need the pick of the liter. It will be harris most important hire IMO from all the teams he owns.

Sheehan reported on his podcast that he has been told that the secondary misses Harris.

have,nt seen the defense look as pathetic as it has this year in awhile.ride it out and get rid of rr and del rio asap after the last game.then there is a decent amount of time to find new coaches.

How could the addition of a so-called “generational talent” make the unit he’s on play worse? The only thing that comes to mind, and that was pointed out repeatedly during the 2021 season, is that any unit requires cohesive play in order to optimize performance.

During that season, in particular, both Sweat and Young were accused of “freelancing” from a variety of sources. Essentially, it appeared they were playing to boost their individual accolades, as opposed to performing a less flashy role in a functional defense.

I’m hearing rumblings of similar complaints this year about Young - though his individual statistics are at the top of the league. In any case, I’ll leave that topic for others to explore more deeply at this point. I simply wanted to share this counterintuitive finding in the hopes we might get to the bottom of this mystery.
