Solid effort on both sides of the ball and STs as well. The OL probably had its best game in a couple of years. Herbert is mini-Monty. Justin didn't set the world on fire, but he showed his grit today and yes made some good throws. Mack Attack led the D today!!

Gotta give a game ball to Bill Lazor. Since he's been play caller the offense has averaged 22 ppg. Granted it only been two games but before if was only 16 per game. A wins win though, Bear Down!

It was great effort, good plan, we actually saw the offense and defense playing for Nagy, and the coach involved in the game instead of studying his play sheet for the next time it was his turn when the offense was back on the field. Have not seen that for a while. Run the ball to let the offensive line lather up and trust the defense.

How shitty of the announce team that had Jaylon Johnson injured on that kick, and even when Caleb Johnson was carted off the field they still called him Jaylon. That might have been too much to overcome. Still work to do, but if this team can beat Green Bay it might be time to say they turned the page on the underachieving.

Running game is still solid despite the "elite" Montgomery being out. It's almost like you can stick in anybody and they'll have success...? Can't be, because @beardown07 says Monty is elite. Maybe they're all elite? We have 3 elite future hall of famers! Yeah!

I highlighted the above because it's 100% spot on. We really do have some serious depth at RB. And with the OL showings signs of at least being able to effectively run block (they still need to work on their pass blocking tho), this could keep us in games we might otherwise not hang in. I don't care how much of a passing league the NFL has become, if you can't run the ball, you're only going to get so far.
