First things first, as others have said, before I read the comments, I initially thought it was Matt Barnes, and I mainly clicked because of the disbelief that someone would even think of offering him that much money for four years! That's insanity.

Now, looking at Harrison Barnes. I think he's doing what Jimmy Butler did and bet on himself as well. He can do so and score big, or he can end up similar to Tristan Thompson and lose out. Even with the salary cap inflating, I do not think that he would be worth $ 16 million/year, though.
