Pretty sure we STARTED Bryce Treggs in a game with Ricardo Louis as the top guy. and that was a REAL game.

That 2016 draft class was quite a doozy

Out of 15 picks

One starter

Shoebert only one starting for Browns, right? what about Ogbah in KC or Nassib in TB? Definitely not a very good draft. Ward pick came from it, as well.

Thought 2017 draft was solid.

want to see a bad draft, take a look at Dorsey's first in KC. 2 starters, I think and the rest might be out of football except for Kush maybe.

The Chiefs got Fisher, Tardif, Ford, Kelce; and Ford generated a 2020 2nd rounder as well, Fulton helped the Chiefs gain an additional 4th round compensatory pick IIRC. Fulton turned into a starting level center (which was important with Mitch Morse being injury prone)

Kelce and Fisher came in during the 2013 draft for a more specific point related to yours. The 2nd round pick went for Alex Smith (their other options were EJ Manuel, Carson Palmer, and Geno Smith). If you're grabbing 2 quality starters a draft, you're doing fine. Most players from the 2013 draft are either out of the league or not long for it.

(Knile Davis generated ST's value for instance)

That's 3 pretty very good players in 2019, 2 of them in Tardif and Kelce are elite. Fisher is a starting level LT which is somewhat ironic, but the 2013 draft was a disaster in the 1st for the most part.

He went to duke. He probably isn’t a dumb dumb. Probably doesn’t need football in order to make a substantial living wage in the 6 figures.

He turned down a full ride to Princeton to be a walk on QB at Duke before getting a scholarship after his Redshirt-Freshman year. His brother plays basketball at Davidson (Steph Curry's school) while his sister plays Soccer at Duke. He does have a degree in Economics from Duke University.

All well and good, but I was comparing Dorsey's first draft to the draft in question - 2016. so if we stick to that, yes, Kelce is elite and maybe a HOFer. Fisher is OK, but certainly not worthy of a #1 pick. The rest? From bad to out of the league as you mentioned.

If we want to add the second year that's fine. But 2017 for Browns was pretty good as well. Garrett looks to be elite. Njoku a solid TE. Peppers used to bring back OBJ. Kizer used to acquire Randall in a one for one swap. Ogunjobi appears to be a solid starter at worst. and, of course, 12 pick was used in trade to bring back Ward the following year.

This thread is funny...

Mayfield: 6 TD's / 12 INT's
Jones: 10 TD's / 7 INT's
