Minnesota is likely going to lose to Penn State next game, so it will probably come down to the Wisc vs Minny game for who will represent that side in the B10 championship game.

Not so sure about that. I agree that Penn State should be the favorite, but Minnesota is winning their games by a lot of points. Still, they haven't really played anybody.
