Marvel just announced Avengers 5: The Kang Dynasty at SDCC 2022.

It will be released on Friday, May 2, 2025 Friday, May 1, 2026, following Fantastic Four Blade and preceding Avengers 6: Secret Wars, which will be released later the same year one year later!

I saw that.

I am not too concerned about this yet. It is my understanding that a lot of stated “arrest” the male on site just to separate the two parties. That doesn’t imply that one party is guilty and the other party is a victim. It is just a way of creating separation. Further, he was released almost immediately. I would think that if there was actually something going on he would have been held longer.



I have no idea. But add that to the basic idea of “innocent until proven guilty”, I am not worried yet.

Well the Roiland situation isn’t so much that’s he innocent, it’s that they didn’t have enough to prove “without a shadow of a doubt” so they said it wasn’t worth it. The stuff about him is still damming just not a slam dunk.

I know there was other stuff outside of the charges that were dismissed. I know very little, but I know other stuff came out.

That said, the charges that got him fired were dismissed after all the info came out per the DA's office. So it seems likely those specific charges were pretty shaky.

Ya know, I have rewatched some of these movies lately and I did find Infinity War to be pretty shitty the 2nd time around.

And I liked it the first time so I think maybe I was drunk when I watched it or possibly I'm just an idiot.

The movie was cool looking and the visuals and acting were good but the writing was reaaaallllly bad.

The Hulk gets his ass kicked by Thanos with one stone immediately and then he's MIA for no good reason the rest of the movie.

Then halfway through the movie they establish Thanos can turn anybody he wants into foam at any time but he like, just doesn't do it anymore. The whole movie he could be turning anybody who opposes him into a pile of poop but he doesn't. For no reason.

And then Thor fucks him up with ease immediately at the end which makes the rest of the film seem like a waste of time.

It really is bad writing. The Ant Man up Thanos' ass theory would have been better.

Not a big super hero movie guy but I hope they do a good job with Secret Wars. Loved those comics when I was a kid. Still have them somewhere
